 Clinical Staff
 Julie A. Evans, Ph.D.,  Executive Director
Licensed Psychologist

Julie is a Licensed Psychologist with over 12 years of experience in providing psychotherapy to individuals from a wide range of life circumstances. She graduated with her Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology and her Master of Arts degree in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA in 2003. She specializes in work with persons who have co-occurring substance abuse disorders and trauma. She also provides clinical supervision to each of the PCC Counselors, as well as to outside practitioners.
 


Marie Turner, Ph.D.
Licensed Professional Counselor
Psychologist Resident

Marie is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who earned her Ph.D. from Pacifica Graduate Institute and will be working toward licensure as a psychologist. She earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from National University. Marie is an experienced clinician, who brings acceptance, skill, and humor to her therapy sessions. She takes a Person-Centered approach in therapy, as she believes that, if the individual is provided a non-judgmental setting with unconditional positive regard, the individual can reach her or his full potential.

 
Elaine Jenkins, M.S., M.Div.
 Graduate Counseling Intern

Elaine has completed her second graduate degree, a Master of Divinity degree with specialization in spirituality, after having earned her M.S. in Counseling in 1981. She is now working toward licensure as an LPC and especially enjoys work with families, adolescents, and women. Her approach is practical and centered on helping individuals find meaning and healing.

Rev. Mr. Francis Potts 
        Certified Pastoral Counselor

       Francis completed his training with the PCC and earned his certification as a Pastoral Counselor. He has 
        many years of experience as a hospital chaplain and brings his warmth to the counseling relationship.
